The most useful emails are specific ones. If you are asking about a routine, saying what your skin actually does, what you are using now, and what went wrong last time gets a far better answer than “what should I use”.

One thing that cannot be answered: anything that amounts to a diagnosis. If something on your skin is painful, spreading, bleeding or changing quickly, that needs a doctor or a dermatologist, not an email reply.
